Always an actor first: Randeep Hooda on National Award for directing

Randeep Hooda said he is an actor first after he received National Film Award for Best Debut Director for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar. "I'm always an actor first...Having said that, to be recognised for my craft in my very first attempt as director is very heartening," he added. Randeep further said it gave him "new wings" for directing in the future.
