Amazon acquires B'luru-based retail startup Perpule for ₹108 cr

Amazon has acquired Bengaluru-based retail tech startup Perpule for nearly ₹108 crore in an all cash-deal, filings showed. It's expected to pay additional remuneration to Perpule's staff, which may take the overall deal value to around ₹150 crores, Mint reported. Most of Perpule's staff reportedly might join Amazon, including Co-founders Abhinav Pathak, Saketh BSV and Yogesh Ghaturle.
