Amazon admits it records small samples from Alexa for review

Amazon has admitted it reviews "small samples" of Alexa voice recordings to improve customer experience, Bloomberg reported. "Employees don't have direct access to information that can identify the person or account," it added. Bloomberg claimed examples of some recordings even included what employees believed was a sexual assault, and Amazon reportedly told them it wasn't their job to interfere.
