Amazon challenges Delhi HC's ₹340-cr trademark infringement order

Amazon Technologies has challenged the Delhi High Court's February order asking it to pay ₹340-crore in damages to Lifestyle Equities for infringing the 'Beverly Hills Polo Club' trademark. Amazon allegedly deceptively used similar trademarks on apparel sold on its site. Amazon denies any infringement and is now arguing that Lifestyle Equities had not provided sufficient evidence for the matter.
