Amazon dethrones Walmart, becomes world's biggest company by sales

Amazon has dethroned Walmart to become the world's biggest company by revenue after it posted $717 billion in sales in the fiscal year ending in December 2025, Bloomberg reported. Meanwhile, Walmart reported a revenue of $713.2 billion for the fiscal year ending in January 2026. Notably, Amazon's revenue has grown 10x more than Walmart's over the past decade.
