Amazon employees have criticised the company's move to end work from home, requiring them to return to the office five days per week starting January 2, 2025. "This is not 'going back' to how it was before. It's just going backwards," an employee wrote on Slack. Some suggested they would rather quit the company than comply with the new mandate.
