Amazon on Sunday ended its return policy for mobile phones in India. Further, buyers will now only be able to avail replacements if the product is defective, damaged or missing, within 10 days of delivery. This was reportedly done because buyers were abusing the return policy citing the “no longer needed” option and availing full refund for a product.
