Amazon hires former Flipkart Head of Financial Services

Amazon India has hired Mayank Jain, the former Head of Financial Services at the homegrown e-commerce startup Flipkart. Jain, who left Flipkart last year, was responsible for launching its 'Buy Now Pay Later' program. The Indian Institute of Management graduate previously served Bajaj Finance and will reportedly join Amazon's payments team.
