Amazon India elevates Amit Agarwal to head emerging markets

Amazon India's country head Amit Agarwal has been appointed as the Senior Vice President India and Emerging Markets at Amazon. Manish Tiwary, vice-president of the consumer business, will be the country manager for consumer business in India. Tiwary will also be responsible for Amazon Business, its business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform which sells goods to small and medium enterprises.
