Amazon lost ₹8,000 cr, will take months to restart data centres in UAE & Bahrain
The Amazon data centres in UAE and Bahrain that were damaged during the West Asia war could take months to restart operations, the company said. The data centres had been hit by Iranian drones in early March, disrupting cloud services. Iran's Tasnim news agency reported that the damage to the data centres cost Amazon $850 million (over ₹8,000 crore).
