Amazon may cut 14,000 managerial roles by 2025: Report

Amazon could cut around 14,000 managerial roles by early 2025 and save over $3 billion annually, Morgan Stanley said. This could be part of CEO Andy Jassy's efforts to increase ratio of individual contributors to managers by at least 15%. Amazon said it "added lots of managers" in recent years and "now is the right time" to make this change.
