E-commerce platform Amazon India has stopped accepting cash payments from customers to encourage contactless deliveries to curb coronavirus spread. It said, "New ordering is available only on essential products through pre-paid payment methods." Meanwhile, platforms like BigBasket, Flipkart, Swiggy and Zomato reportedly also urged users to make digital payments to avoid the risk of transmission.
