Amazon has sued an organised fraud network, 'RBK,' for allegedly scamming it of over $4 million through fake refunds on high-value items like laptops, GPUs and drones, by helping customers claim refunds without returning the products. The company is seeking damages, including full recovery of losses, legal costs, and a court order to stop the accused from using its trademarks.
