Amazon tries to shoot down Musk's 1-million-satellite plan, says 'It'd take centuries'
Amazon subsidiary Leo has written to US regulator FCC to shoot down Elon Musk-owned SpaceX's plan to launch one million satellites into space, flagging concerns that the plan is incomplete. Calling it "a lofty ambition", Amazon Leo said, "Deploying the proposed million-satellite constellation would take centuries." It added that the plan raises concerns about "monopolisation of orbital resources".
