Amazon's UK warehouse destroys 1.3 lakh items like MacBooks, TVs per week: Report

An Amazon warehouse in Scotland's Dunfermline destroys lakhs of items from unsold stock including MacBooks, smart TVs, iPads, jewellery, drones, hairdryers, headphones and unused face masks, ITV News investigation claimed. "From a Friday to a Friday our target was to generally destroy 1,30,000 items a week," an ex-employee said. "Overall, 50% of all items are unopened," the ex-employee added.
