Ambani's Reliance Industries approves 1:1 bonus issue for shareholders

Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries' board approved a 1:1 bonus issue. Every eligible shareholder will now get one free share for each held. A company filing said the board approved the "issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. one new fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each for every one existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 each".
