Ambani's Jio Financial denies reports of acquiring Paytm's wallet business

Mukesh Ambani's Jio Financial Services has denied reports that claimed the company is in talks to acquire Paytm's wallet business. "We clarify that the news item is speculative and we have not been in any negotiations in this regard," the company said in a clarification to the exchanges. Shares of Jio Financial Services on Monday jumped 15% over the reports.
