AMC MET Medical College in Guj renamed Narendra Modi Medical College

The Amdavad Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust (AMC MET) Medical College in Gujarat's Ahmedabad has been renamed Narendra Modi Medical College. The National Medical Commission's Medical Assessment and Rating Board approved the change of name on December 6. "It was students' and residents' opinion to change the name," AMC Standing Committee Chairman Hitesh Barot said.
