America forgets your colour if you make money: Sasha Mirchandani

Kae Capital founder Sasha Mirchandani said on the podcast that Indian founders increasingly start in the US because of access to capital and what he described as meritocracy. “You can make money for someone, and you’ll get an opportunity. No matter what colour, all that is forgotten,” he said, contrasting it with India’s focus on stereotypes.
