A viral video depicting an Indian man rolling rotis on his bare stomach amid trash has sparked outrage after being revealed as AI-generated, reports stated. American content creator Kristen Fischer said the fake clip was designed to portray India as unhygienic. Fischer added that such viral media feeds false and negative stereotypes about the country internationally, reports added.
