Americans won't pay higher power bills due to data centres: Trump

US President Donald Trump said his administration is working with major technology firms to ensure Americans don't have to "pay higher electricity bills because of data centres". He stated that Microsoft will make "major changes" this week so "Americans don't pick up the tab" for its power consumption. Big technology companies must "pay their own way", he added.
