The Indian Express has reported that sources in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) told them that the crowd of protestors that took part in the Parliament march swelled beyond their expectations. A senior officer reportedly said they had expected about 5,000 people to join the Cockroach Janta Party march, but at least 12,000 gathered for it.
