Amid political crisis, Centre provides 'Y+' security to 15 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs

Amid Maharashtra's ongoing political crisis, Centre has provided 'Y+' category security cover of armed CRPF personnel to 15 rebel Shiv Sena MLAs who joined Eknath Shinde's camp. This comes after Shinde wrote to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil and others, alleging security cover provided to the family members of the rebel MLAs had been withdrawn.
