Amit Shah to launch ₹8,941 cr Delhi water projects on Oct 22

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for 43 Delhi Jal Board projects worth ₹8,941.22 crore on October 22. The announcement followed the 'Chalo Yamuna' campaign on October 18, where 35,000 people cleaned 70 river locations, removing over 76,755 kg of waste. Key projects include new sewage treatment plants and a modernised water treatment facility.
