Amitabh Bachchan gets permanent personality rights protection from Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has granted permanent protection to actor Amitabh Bachchan's personality, restraining the unauthorised commercial use of his name, image, voice and other aspects of his persona. The order follows a case involving an app titled 'Amitabh Bachchan Video Call', a book featuring the actor on its cover, and a domain name registered in his name.
