Amnesty says never claimed leaked numbers were NSO's Pegasus targets list: Report

Amnesty International has reportedly claimed it never said a recently leaked list of 50,000 phone numbers, including those of journalists and politicians, was a list targeted by NSO Group's Pegasus spyware. "The list contains...kind of people NSO's clients would ordinarily be interested in spying on, but...isn't specifically a list of people who were spied on," Amnesty was quoted as saying.
