Anant Raj approves demerger of data centre business

Anant Raj approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement to demerge its Data Centre & Cloud Services business into Ashok Cloud Private Limited. Eligible shareholders will receive one Ashok Cloud share for every Anant Raj share held. The proposed demerger is subject to approvals from the NCLT, SEBI, stock exchanges, shareholders and creditors.
