Anderson enters his 22nd year in Test cricket, becomes oldest pacer to play Test in India

With the commencement of the second India-England Test in Visakhapatnam, fast bowler James Anderson entered his 22nd year in Test cricket. He also became the oldest pacer to play a Test on Indian soil at the age of 41 years and 187 days. The previous record was held by Lala Amarnath (41 years and 92 days).
