Andhra announces ₹25 lakh aid for families of Tirupati stampede victims

Andhra Pradesh government announced ex-gratia of ₹25 lakh for the families of those who lost their lives in the stampede that occurred in Tirupati temple. CM N Chandrababu Naidu also visited the spot where the stampede occurred on Wednesday night, claiming the lives of six people and injuring dozens of others. The incident occurred during distribution of tokens for darshan.
