Andhra CM explains how South will lose LS seats as Opp'n opposes Delimitation Bill

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, reacting to Centre not moving Delimitation Bill for passage after women's reservation bill failed Lok Sabha test, said that "opposition parties have done great disservice to the nation". He stated Census will reset seats "purely" based on population which will potentially lead to "steep decline in representation for Southern and smaller states" in Parliament.
