Andhra CM Naidu lodges complaint against state poll chief

In a letter to ECI, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday registered a complaint against the state's Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Gopal Krishna Dwivedi. "The CEO reportedly mentioned that the Chief Minister doesn't have powers to review the departments. CEO's reported comments are without any jurisdiction as there is no such provision in the MCC," alleged Naidu.
