Andon Labs tests ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude & Grok as AI radio hosts

San Francisco-based AI startup Andon Labs tested ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok as full-time radio hosts for over 5 months to check if AI could run profitable stations alone. Each bot received a $20 music budget, but flaws were quickly exposed. Claude tried quitting, Grok crashed repeatedly, while Gemini and ChatGPT performed better but still struggled with real-world broadcasting challenges.
