Anduril raises $1.48 bn in 2nd largest funding round in US in 2022

California-based defence technology startup Anduril has secured $1.48 billion in the second largest funding round in the US in 2022, after SpaceX's $1.7 billion fundraise in May. Anduril's Series E round was led by Valor Equity Partners at $8.48 billion valuation. Oculus Co-founder Palmer Luckey had set up Anduril along with Brian Schimpf, Trae Stephens, Matt Grimm and Joseph Chen.
