Angel One Founder buys entire tower for ₹711 cr in India's largest residential unit deal

In India's largest single residential unit transaction, Angel One Founder and Chairman Dinesh Thakkar has purchased an entire residential tower in Mumbai's Juhu for ₹711 crore. The residence comprises an entire G+7 storey tower with a RERA carpet area of 63,000 sq ft. Thakkar has named his new residence 'Angelus'. The entire township, spread over two acres, comprises five towers.
