ANI moves Delhi HC against order supporting OpenAI in copyright suit

ANI has approached the Delhi High Court against an order denying interim relief in its copyright case against OpenAI, with the appeal scheduled for September 14. ANI challenged Justice Amit Bansal's July 24 ruling that OpenAI's storage of ANI's content for training ChatGPT's underlying models fell under fair dealing. The court said ANI failed to show ChatGPT reproduced its reports.
