Anil Ambani's Reliance Power considering stake sale to raise funds

Anil Ambani-led Reliance Power said that it will consider raising funds through a stake sale in the company's upcoming board meeting on October 3, according to a BSE filing. It'll be the second such meeting as the company's board approved a preferential issue of ₹1,525 crore earlier this week. Recently, Reliance Power announced that it has zero debt from banks.
