Animal shelter rescues over 500 pets after twin quakes in Venezuela

An animal shelter in Venezuela's La Guaira has rescued more than 530 pets after twin earthquakes struck the country last month. The shelter workers have been going out at night to rescue animals trapped under rubble, with one rescuer saying kittens usually come out at night. Notably, earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 had struck Venezuela.
