Amid reports that K Annamalai is planning to quit the BJP, Tamil Nadu BJP chief Nainar Nagendran dismissed the claims, saying there is no rift within the party. "Annamalai has not quit and has not submitted any letter resigning from the BJP," he said. He added that Annamalai had gone to Delhi to meet the agriculture minister regarding fertiliser-related issues.
