BJP National President Nitin Nabin has accepted former Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai’s resignation from the party’s primary membership. This comes despite efforts within the party to persuade him to reconsider, reports said. Annamalai is scheduled to address his followers through social media at 12 pm today, amid speculation he will launch a new political outfit after exiting.
