Annamalai quotes PM's 2011 remarks, asks 5 questions on curbs against CJP protesters

Ex-Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai quoted PM Narendra Modi's 2011 remarks on police crackdown on a peaceful anti-corruption campaign and raised five questions about curbs on CJP protesters. His questions included de-notification of Jantar Mantar as protest site, preventive detentions, and use of pellet guns by Delhi Police. He said protesters have right to oppose issues they consider important.
