Annu Rani wins India's first-ever medal in women's javelin throw in CWG history

India's 29-year-old javelin thrower Annu Rani on Sunday created history by bagging India's first-ever medal in women's javelin throw in the history of CWG. Annu bagged the bronze medal at CWG 2022 with a best throw of 60 metres. Meanwhile, another Indian javelin thrower Shilpa Rani finished seventh in the event.
