Anointing screen to be used in King Charles' coronation revealed

Buckingham Palace has unveiled a new screen to provide "absolute privacy" to King Charles during the anointing ceremony at his coronation service. Unlike the late Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1953, he will be anointed out of sight, enclosed behind a three-sided screen, rather than just a canopy. The anointing is regarded as a moment between the sovereign and God.
