Another bridge collapsed in Bihar on Wednesday, making it at least the 13th such incident in the state in three weeks. The latest incident took place at Mahishi village in Saharsa district, an official said. "It might be a small bridge or causeway," Additional Collector Jyoti Kumar said. As per local reports, the bridge was built 14 years ago.
