Another Durgapur-bound SpiceJet flight faces technical issue, returns to Chennai

A Durgapur-bound SpiceJet flight had to return to Chennai after take-off last night due to a technical issue, a SpiceJet spokesperson told the Hindustan Times. The flight reportedly took off after a delay of 6.5 hours. The incident comes after another SpiceJet flight to Durgapur from Mumbai was hit by severe turbulence on Sunday in which 40 people were injured.
