Another elderly Atria Park resident dies after 'something they ingested'

A second elderly resident living in an Atria Park assisted living facility has died. The resident of Atria Park of Walnut Creek passed away after suffering "a negative reaction to something they ingested". Earlier, San Mateo Police initiated a death investigation into circumstances surrounding fatal poisoning of a 93-year-old woman at Atria Hillsdale care home facility with dishwashing soap.
