Another proof of gundaraj: Rahul on killing of 8 policemen in UP

After eight policemen were killed in an encounter in Kanpur, Rahul Gandhi called it "another proof of gundaraj" in UP. "When the police is not safe, how will the public be?" he tweeted. His sister and Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi said, "Law and order in UP has deteriorated, criminals are fearless," adding that state government should take strict action.
