Another 'rubber stamp' at Rashtrapati Bhavan would be catastrophic: Sinha

Opposition's candidate for Presidential elections, Yashwant Sinha, on Sunday said, "It would be a catastrophe if we had another 'rubber stamp' at Rashtrapati Bhavan." "This election is more than merely the election of India's President. This election is a step towards resisting the authoritarian policies of the government," he added. "Our democracy, our Constitution are threatened," Sinha said.
