Claude handles 26% of company's R&D work: Anthropic

Anthropic revealed its AI chatbot Claude handles 26% of the company's R&D and collaborates on 90% of employee tasks. The company plans third-party evaluators for transparency and dedicates 6-12% of computing resources to safety monitoring. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei has also called for a slowdown in AI development to mitigate risks.
