Anthropic allows employees to sell shares at $350 billion valuation

Anthropic is offering certain current and former employees an opportunity to sell shares at a valuation of about $350 billion, according to Bloomberg. The company has lined up between $5-$6 billion for the secondary share sale, though final size will depend on how many eligible employees choose to participate. Under the proposed transaction, outside investors will purchase the insider shares.
