Anthropic becomes world's most-valuable AI startup after raising $65 billion

Dario Amodei-led Anthropic has become the world's most-valuable AI startup after raising $65 billion in a Series H round led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks and Sequoia Capital. Anthropic, now valued at $965 billion post-money, saw its run-rate revenue cross $47 billion earlier this month. It'll use the funding to expand compute capacity as it struggles with rising demand.
